The class I am a part was very enlightening and empowering.  It addressed issues for me and for everyone deep seeded emotions on a more subconscious level.  It wants to shown and noticed.  It is now up to me to acknowledge it and let go of what no longer serves me.  I must begin to look deep inside my own self and transform that which is hindering me.  I believe this will be a slower process than what I am anticipating for there are deep roots to my own fears and blocks about myself and certain situations.  I move forward now with caution and compassion.  For those that are reading these words, I encourage you to do the same if it resonates with you.
